To pass the time….
A bull is a male cattle. A cow is a female cattle.
The black and white spotted cattle is a Holstein cow which is the breed most famous for producing milk.
Of course, MaWang was seriously offended that his formidable bull had undergone a “sex reassignment” of sorts and was transformed into a dairy cow without his knowledge.
Really, the zombie Buja is beginning to have an impact on her housemates. She was the one who gave OhGong the idea to use the mermaid tears on something better than a virtual drink. She said that if it were up to her, she’d want to see the person she missed the most.
She was also the one to point out to OhGong that he didn’t need to be part of a Kakao chat group with SunMi because he had a special link to her via the Geumganggo.
Anoter thing, in Episode 1, OhGong said he wasn’t a fairy.

But now, he’s the “fairy” in Mawang’s script and Jonathan’s movie. lol.
(Updated) Many viewers should be aware that the Hong sisters have written a kdrama with an UNHAPPY ending, Hong Gil-Dong (2008). the eponymous hero of the drama and his followers were all killed in a meteor of flaming arrows.
OMG don’t bring up the traumatic events of Hong Gil-Dong. I won’t be able to take a sad ending for Oh Gong and Seon Mi. Anyways in the original Journey to the West, Monkey sacrifices himself to protect the Monk. They all then become Buddhas. So, I’m hoping that the Hong sisters stick to the original happy? ending. I can’t wait to see the modern twist they bring to the story.
I remember reading a review about Hong Gil-Dong and how it was tastefully done because we didn’t see the rebels die, blahblahbla.
My gut reaction was: Whatever. I still ain’t gonna watch it.
The writers/directors can believe that they’re doing a kdrama for art’s sake. But IMO, it’s still panis et circenses (or bread and circuses), meaning kdramas are still for public consumption and public entertainment. Nobody will underwrite their next projects if the writers and directors fail to cater to public wants. I hope the Hong sisters learned from that first project of theirs.
BTW, I’m sorry it took me time to “approve” your post. I didn’t even know it was sent to my “trash” box until I went searching for nonski’s post. She told me by PM that she posted something but it didn’t show up on my blog. lol. You must divine on soompi, right? Glad you’re here.
