Kalimera @Packmule3!
I do hope we get to see more of the romance this week…Since the mystery part annoys me… o.O

I’m still watching and am checking in to get comments. Many thanks, @packmule3.

So happy to finally watch a drama that is on air “with” everyone and join the discussions here!
Our ML has a major crush on the FL yet he seems unaware of his crush…this week I hope they will notice their developing feelings. Loved seeing our ML be jealous last week and happy that our FL’s blind date went poorly.

@pm3 Sorry to interject about the p*** words again. It happened again yesterday morning and today around 10am (central time) when I clicked on the Dr. Slump 5&6 and ep 4 highlights blog posts. However, today I noticed something…if I scroll down, I find the blog post and comments. So it’s like the words are inserted as a header. The problem has gone away now, but when/if it happens again I’ll take a screen shot showing this.

Episode 5 I want to write for now…
This Hyung is not a friend. We were all suspicious for him. I was when I saw him acting kinda weird in front of HaNeul and then the pen…
A friend doesn’t say to you:
“I don’t want you to be happy at this time, because I would be hurt!?”
Run Jeong Woo Away from him. He doesn’t want you to be okay…

Hi @Cleo!
Yes, that Kyung Min Hyung is bad news. But sweet Jeong Woo is too innocent and trusting to find that kind of advice to be bad. He’s so full of remorse and suffering PTSD that any advice that he is not worthy will be believed by him.
Can you remember any backstory to explain why Kyung Min wants to destroy JW?
I like that Show continues to highlight different aspects of our psychological reactions or responses with failure, with depression, after a trauma, etc. At least Show has kept up with this particular theme instead of sweeping it away and concentrating on only the romance.
The generous number of occasions for dating while not-dating continue nicely. And as expected we can look forward to more awkward moments between single parents Dae Young and Hong Ran who work in the same building but never met each other until now! I wonder how Dae Young’s rude, arrogant, rebellious teen daughter will take to Hong Ran’s much young son.

Unnie Kalispera,
We don’t know his problem really. We do know that the Hyung Doc was tutoring Jeong Woo in his Highschool years. So my guess is that he is jealous of him.
If this was a makjang, then a possible theory would be that he is a half brother who is jealous of his brother for his accomplishments! LOL
I have written that Jeong Woo would possible suffer from PTSD or more serious mental diseases when I was writing about what I disliked in his arc in Episode 1+2.
Ha Neul realized it only after her Doc mentioned about it. Imagine that that Hyung Doc doesn’t care. If he was indeed trying to help Jeong Woo, then his demeanor would be totally different! I am not going to talk about his parents who are neglectful. Their only care they have is his Father to become the Chairman to one Foundation in the States, than his child wellbeing.
As for the Second Couple we shall see how that will go…Off to watch the Episode!

@Cleopatra and @GrowingBeautifully, I can’t think of any further reason why Kyung Min is trying to destroy Jeong Woo either. I guess we’ll get more information about him later.
I was wishing that Jeong Woo would somehow leave a bruise or a mark on his attacker’s face that would become obvious the next day.
I like how introspective Jeong Woo and Ha Neul have become about their feelings for each other. They both realise that their feelings, whether a childish reaction for Jeong Woo back in high school or Ha Neul’s jealousy, wouldn’t exist unless they were somehow interested in each other.

@Fern,
Yes, we don’t have a reason for him to do all these.
But, the Mystery part is getting more complex. I mean, we have surveillance pens that record Jeong Woo’s movements. It is not only the death of the Macau Heiress here. There is something else and as I have previously said, it is not handled well.

Is anyone still watching? I am, and I was heartily entertained by Episode 6. I chuckled several times and like the developments.
As hoped, the client-less plastic surgeon Bin is not such a jerk although he was jealous of Jeong Woo. He’s fair.
The cameo by Lee Sung Kyung was fun. Both she and Ha Neul misinterpreted JW’s innocent actions to mean something he totally did not intend… makes me wonder if book-smart, but inexperienced girls tend to make the same mistakes or if they are a bit more desperate for attention.
So many spy cameras. What do the culprits want to see?
The weekend is here and more episodes will drop soon!

Hi, @Growing Beautifully. I’m still watching. I think that JW gave the other girl the eraser and sausages simply to annoy Ha Neul, no other intentions. So funny.

I’m still watching!!!
I like how these last 2 episodes are showing how the OTP are getting more introspective and trying to understand their feelings and reactions to things instead of just simply getting triggered. For HN, when she got jealous and irritated with student #3 and with JW, succeeding scenes of her brother telling about a girl he like who was jealous of his old crush, the influencer vs other customers at the noddle shop on perceived special treatment, etc. it was funny how that kinda clicked in her head!
JW finally agreeing to see a therapist after much self reflection – he saw this initially as a sign of being “that weak”. But he can also see how this has helped HN and having mental issues does not equate to being weak. They are better when they are together, even in therapy!
What more, they are now openly talking about their feelings about each other! Props to HN for pushing on such an uncomfortable topic. It was easy to avoid and just ignore the elephant in the room, she was brave for being vulnerable and that shows a lot of trust that JW is a good person and will treat her right.
