Dear GB,
I’ve always admired your gentle fortitude and calm ability to deal with life’s curveballs. I know you’ll still find a way to make your corner of the world grow beautifully even when you’re recuperating.
Everybody on this blog wishes you the speediest of recoveries. The blog is empty without you, and your usual flurry of posts, and I’m glad that you’re already on the lookout for the next kdrama for your Saturday rewatches and the next cdrama to keep you entertained while on the mend. These shows certainly make the convalescence period go by quicker, don’t they?

My very dear @pkml3, what a lovely message of affirmation! Thank you so much. My heart is full.
It’s thanks to your generous opening of threads for us, in a safe and happy environment, that drama-watching has taken on so much added enjoyment. I can no longer imagine just watching a drama and being totally quiet about it!!!
Yes indeed, I dread to think what convalescence would be like, if not for entertaining dramas to watch as the hours pass. I actually rewatched Healer on my own (for fun), and others like Kairos, in preparation for the Rewatch Parties. I took up Blossom (2024), When the Phone Rings and Love Your Enemy. Perhaps it’s because this is the season of goodwill, but all three shows struck me as being super romantic (maybe more from the ladies’ point of view) since each had the MLs hopelessly in love with their FLs.
For a change of mood, I’ve taken up cdrama, Under the Skin 2. It’s a bit fantastical this season, but retains some of the great vibes of Season 1 and the great bromance of the main leads. Best of all it includes loads of artwork in different media.
And although I’m not sure my Rewatch companions will be able to stream the cdrama Love in Time, I will probably rewatch it to recall what it was about it that caught my fancy. I liked the concept of inadvertently sharing an apartment with a stranger, at a certain time each day, that freaked both the tenants out.
As I slowly ‘get back into gear’ and feel less tired, I’ll certainly be by often to post my endless thoughts. Thank you for being so accommodating.
Thanks to all as well who silently or otherwise sent me good wishes and prayed for me. I’ve always felt buoyed up on the wings of prayer, and never alone. God bless you all!
My comment seems to have disappeared. Not to worry, I’m sure it’ll turn up like the proverbial bad penny LOL.
@GB Unnie,
It is good to read that you are back at home and you are trying to come back to the mundane parts of every day life. I wish you the best and take it slowly…
Even though, I am not that active as I used to. I am thinking of you always..
Hugs and kisses… ❤️✨🙏
Found the lost penny, @GB. 😂😂It’s up now.
@GB…happy that your convalescence includes the wonderful healing gift of Kdrama viewing. Keep getting better…eat well, follow the doctor’s orders!
Merry Christmas to all BOD…a truly beautiful season of good will.
@Growing Beautifully, prayers and best wishes for your recovery. 🙏🙏🙏

My dear Doensaeng @Cleo, thank you for your sweet message. I’ve found it a relief to be not as busy and to let a lot go, so yes, do that and enjoy the rest and relaxation more. I’m keeping you in thought and prayer too!
