Episode 13 Title: Come Closer or Go Away.

There were many scenes in last night episodes that reminded me of spoofs.

1. My Sassy Girl

lol. Too bad CW showed how dorky he was when he bumped the glass turnstile.

2. Lady and the Tramp

It never gets old … this noodle kiss.

3. BTS “Real Family Pictures” for 3rd Anniversary Festa, June 2016

Track suits in hideous colors are always spoof-able. I’d describe the color of CW’s and Yul’s matching outfits as either utilitarian safety orange or refreshing mango sherbet.

It’s going to be tough not picking ChiWon as Best Kdrama Boyfriend (BKB) this week because he’s like cashmere on a cool evening (that is, boyfriend material).  But I think the best is yet to come so I’ll hold off from nominating him.

I like that he gave her space when she asked him, too, but knocked on her door to make sure she was okay (and called her brother over to open the door).
I like that he was patient with her mood swings: wanting him to go away but at the same time wanting him to come closer.

I like that he held her hand when they entered the lobby and didn’t let her do the “perp” walk of shame by herself.
I like that he returned home to keep her company when she couldn’t sleep.
I like that he cooked ramen for her without a fuss.
I like that he noticed her annoyance when he didn’t kiss her and took the initiative (plus the headgrab was better than the wristgrab).

I like that HE wasn’t scared of the cameras.

And I like that he sang her lullaby because she couldn’t sleep.

Overall, this was a good episode for BKB-prospect ChiWon. Let’s see how he does tonight.
