Where Stars Land: Abort Episode 2

Abort! Abort!

The lead female YeoRim is the most aggravating heroine I’ve seen in a long while. lol. Now, I know why Suzy Bae declined this role. Good job, Suzy!

Here’s my long laundry list of the character’s fault:

She’s self-absorbed.
She doesn’t follow protocol because she thinks she knows better.
She’s a complainer. On her first day at the job, she wanted her seniority acknowledged.
She’s condescending. She didn’t want to listen to Lee SooYeon because he was “only” her junior. Like WTF?!
She lacks good judgment so she constantly stirs up trouble. SO NOT RELATABLE.
She’s such a diva and thinks some of her tasks are beneath her skill set.
She’s got an enormous chip (nay, a boulder!) on her shoulder because she graduated from some no-name brand school.
She’s emotionally unstable.
She’s confrontational. Can you imagine: on work hours, she starts picking a fight? If she had issues with him, she should have discussed it with HR.
She’s a suck up. Embarrassingly so.
She’s not a team player. I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s a back stabber, too.

But what takes the cake is when the guy Lee SooYeon disclosed that he couldn’t feel pain, she, all of the sudden, without warning, slapped him on the face.

She assaulted him!

Sure, she wanted to confirm his insensitivity to pain but NORMAL people would have asked PERMISSION first before attempting to touch a virtual stranger.

I hereby declare her the winner of this one-of-a-kind trophy Coworker from Hell.

Kidding aside, this whole episode was excruciating to watch. The only reason I stuck with this stressful episode is the actor, Lee Je-Hoon. (Sighh… do you see a certain pattern to my madness here? I tolerate the subpar writing of 100 Day My Prince because of KyungSoo.)  I wanted to see how his character acquired that supernatural strength. If it weren’t for my curiosity, I would’ve ditched this episode.

I fervently wish that he’d land himself with another partner.

I was just thinking the same thing…

  2. hahaha.

Because bitches like us stick together.

Her character is the type of girl I wouldn’t want my sons and nephews to associate with. I’m telling you if one of my sons were to marry a girl like her, I’d re-write my will to make sure none of my properties and assets end up with her. 😀

It’s probably the actress, too. She’s pretty, true, but the more I look at her, the more she projects this stuck-up image. Weird! I can’t imagine Suzy Bae exuding this same brattiness.
