I need something frivolous to clear my head so I’m watching this Cdrama next. Will blog nonsensical stuff about first love but I don’t care. This drama will taste like fizzy limonata after that Drambuie and Scotch concoction of He’s Psychometric.
The first 12 episodes are up already on YouTube. I believe there are only 20 episodes in total.
Thanks @staygold for the recommendation.
I’m looking for the next kdrama to obsess about. Any more recommendations?
See you all when I get back to the US.
hey i’m glad that you gonna watch this fluffy and cute drama.and it’s 24 eps in total.i’m loving it,it’s very fluffy and cute but the main cp is fun to watch, be prepare for some crazy antics that make me roll on the bed and smile like crazy woman.
Alright!!
As long as itβs cute and fluffy, @agdr03 and I are on it. π Sometimes bitches just want to have fun.
I really like this Cdrama it’s really cute and easy to watch. As for a kdrama, Life on Mars is amazing. It’s a remake of a UK tv series with the same name.
If you like this Cdrama, you should watch Love O2O. Iβve been blogging about it but need to finish the write-ups for the final two episodes.
I have watched Love O2O so many timesπ( I’m a Yang Yang fan). Right now I’m watching Detective L( another Cdrama). It’s translated by the same people who are subbing Put your head on my shoulder.
As long as itβs cute and fluffy, @agdr03 and I are on it. π Sometimes bitches just want to have fun.
Right! We’ve always wanted cute and fluffy! π I certainly need fun dramas especially now.
You know what though? I was going to tell you about this cdrama when I saw it on insta weeks ago but I wasn’t sure if you’d take it on. Mind you I saw a kissing scene by the fridge last night and the guy is very innocent on his kiss. There was even some theatrics on how he carried and put her against the fridge. π€£
Let’s see how fluffy it is π Bitches will start watching! High five! β
Hahaha.
Guess what??? I’m already watching Ep 1 right now! I should pack but I’m resting my tired feet.
ππ·
Hi @Leonor π Happy to see another Yang Yang fan here.
My instagram feed are mostly of him for some reason. π€
@packmule3 , did you get my dm to you about Yang Yang’s instagram account? π Oh but do you have an instagram account?
π€£ no. Don’t have Instagram nor Facebook. Have a Twitter which I seldom use.
Nice! Enjoy it then, I’ll follow a bit later. π
Yeah, I thought you don’t have instagram. But you didn’t get my dm?
I have Facebook but I seldom go there now. I have Twitter too but don’t use it a lot, only to read tweets. hehehe
Thanks for putting up this post @packmule3 before and while on vacation!
I’ve just watched Episode 1 and yes it’s cute and fluffy and the very thing to keep me entertained, while waiting for the subs to come out for the one and only kdrama I’m watching, ‘Confession’.
I must admit that I was surprised the time just flew by with this cdrama, the usual tropes and all. At the moment everything seems super obvious and of course cdrama opening/closing credits leave no mysteries on whom ends up with whom in the romance line, however show still made me laugh and grin, which is a very good start to having a fun drama-watch series. π
Is the comment on Love O2O Episode 22 closed? LOL.
I was going to add a comment there. π
What DM? Did you send me a DM? Where?
lol.
I’ve neither instagram nor facebook but who knows? Somebody could be posing as packmule3. (Good luck with that! :D)
When in doubt, always ask what’s my favorite ice cream flavor. Or on which forum did we first meet?
π I direct messaged you on the contact listed here in the blog, you know where it says CONTACT US π
I was just wondering whether you got it. Itβs the bitch email. π
Iβm on episode 12 now of Put Your Head On My Shoulder but sometimes Iβm like βwhere are we going with the story?β π Theyβre still not together yet π€£π€¦π»ββοΈ
There! I re-opened Ep 22 (and the rest) just for you. π
Thank you! π I actually saved my comment which is seldom. βΊοΈ
Hello everyone!
I’m late to the party, but I’ve heard that this drama is really cute, and I’m glad you’ll be discussing it here. I’m psyched that it is being subbed in English at the WeTV Official Youtube Channel. The drama is 24 episodes total and I think they are releasing 4 eng subbed episodes a week. They used to post the schedule on the YT channel but I check and that info is not there anymore. I think they post 2 eps on Sat and 2 eps on Sun. Here is the link to the official YT Playlist. It will be updated as the episodes are subbed:

Anyway, this drama is related to A Love So Beautiful. It takes place in the same world. I think the connection is the 2 main leads here will eventually become the older collegues/supervisor in the company where the female lead of ALSB works. This drama is also based on a book that was written by the same author of ALSB book. My aunt just had a total hip replacement, so I’m busy taking care of her and my 94 year old grandmother these past weeks, but I’m going to try and post my thoughts about the drama. Currently trying to catch up and finish He Is Psychometric and Kill It. For K Drama, I’m looking forward to Park Bo Young’s drama Abyss, which is on Netflix.
I just found out that megahit C Drama romcom Well Intended Love is coming to Netflix worldwide on May 17, so I’ll definitely be watching that as well.
Hi @Table122000 thanks for the info on this drama and on ALSB. I don’t follow cdrama but this is good to know. I may choose to pick up more cdramas now that I’m enjoying this one and not that many kdramas seem to be enticing.
Abyss does sound interesting and I know I like the work of Park Bo Young, plus a little murder investigation and comedy if usually right up my alley.
Itβs admirable that you are caring for both aunt and grandmother β¦ you have my respect. I hope you manage to catch all the shows you plan to and get to come here to discuss this one when you can.
Hugs, @table122000! Hang in there! Take care of yourself too while you’re taking care of your aunt and your grandmother. I hope your aunt will have a speedy recovery so you can focus on your grandmother again. It must be upsetting for her too when your attention is divided.
I’m slow with my drama reviews this week because I still have to write reports from my trip and catch up on backlog. Thank goodness for the dictation app on my iphone. When I get an idea, I just dictate and I don’t have to worry about forgetting it. Come join us when whenever you can make it.
You are a champion @Table12200 ! I’m sure your Aunty and GrandMa appreciates all that you do for them. π My GrandMa is 96 years old. Aren’t they legends? π
Thank you for the information on the relation of PYHOMS to ALSB. I didn’t mind ALSB but I prefer the leading lady there with the Meteor Garden leading man. I think they suit better. π
I didn’t know too about Abyss showing in Netflix. I will certainly watch that now. Also that cdrama Well Intended Love looks interesting too. I will check it out.
Take care chingu! π
Thanks so much to everyone (@Growing Beautifully, @Packmule3, @agdr03) for your kind words and encouragement on my current situation. My aunt is improving a lot and we are all hopeful that the doctor will let her drive again when she goes for her follow up next week. My brother is coming next week to take over caring for my aunt and grandmother, so I’ve got one more week and then I should be back to my normal schedule.
I’m glad to share the connections between the 2 dramas of PYHOMS and ALSB.
@GB: Welcome to the world of Chinese dramas! I also started watching C dramas to supplement those times when I couldn’t find any K Dramas that interested me. For myself, I find the C Dramas are often hit or miss, and the C Drama world has its own issues, but there are a lot of interesting C Dramas out there which I have enjoyed.
@agdr03: I watched ALSB as well, but I have to admit that I liked the 2nd couple more than the main couple, and I enjoyed their love story more. Frankly, I had some issues with the plot of ALSB, which reminded me of Playful Kiss. PYHOMS looks to be quite different, and I’m excited to check it out.
Our grandmothers are both legends for sure!
I found out at another forum that the connection between these 2 novels/dramas (outside of being written by the same author and taking place in the same universe) is slightly different than what I said here earlier. Fu Pei is the supervisor and Si Tu Mo is the older collegue in the company where the female lead in ALSB works.
@Table122000 I’m glad to know that there’s an ‘end date’ to your care-giving, so to speak. It’s so nice to hear that your brother will help out. In the experiences of my friends, that does not happen much or at all!!!
Thanks again for more info on the connections between the shows. I should make time for ALSB and see how it goes.
I did start on Abyss, btw. I watched the first 2 episodes but found that show had not hooked me yet. My feelings about it were indeterminate. The protagonists were not as engaging as I’d like, going into a show, and the mash-up of comedy and dark, chilling murder did not gel well for me. I’m still prepared to give it more episodes before I know if I will continue watching. If I get invested within the next 4 episodes, I guess I will.
Cheers!
@GB- Yes, my brother is really great at helping to share the load. Sorry to hear your first impression of Abyss wasn’t positive. I’m going to try and start the drama next week.
