Hurray!
It’s the final episode. I can now binge-watch this. I hope there’s no open ending or cliffhanger to create a demand for Season 2. She just needs to survive till her 18th birthday anyway to have her happy-ever-after.

Enjoy the series.
Kalimera @Packmule3,
They have already taken the green light for season 2!
I have left Episode 10-11-12 in order to finish this!
I really liked it! Nam Da Reum nailed it! 😀
Oh, will check it out this weekend!
There’s Season 2??
Then, I hope she isn’t stuck in a limbo or something as a cliffhanger.
I want this monster done with so they can tackle another one for next season.
@packmule3,
I read a month ago that Season2 is going to happen.
I agree with you. They need to finish this demon this Season…
Hi Everyone!
I managed to watch the first 6 episodes. These young actors are so good.
The one note of discord that hit me was how the school totally glossed over the death of a student, not even removing the blood from the stones where he died! And how all the rest of the students behaved like nothing much happened the next day.
I liked the depiction of ghosts (that looked like zombies!!! But why?) as persons who wanted to tell their stories, and how they still had agency, and could choose to help, and did.
It seemed that Doo Shim had not bothered to listen to ghosts before, (except the one, Hyun Soo, who had attached himself to her), until Woo Soo inspired her to do it. She’d always ignored them before, but had decided to acknowledge them instead, and that made a difference. It’s a relief that unlike other shows of evil spirits, this one has OK spirits who can at least delay the evil spirit.
It was a good idea for the Show to attach Hyun Soo to Doo Shim. Since she had no friends, he would be the companion that she could speak to, and this enabled us to know more of her thoughts.
One possible plothole in this dramaverse, is that if Grandma could possess Woo Soo, she should be able to possess her own daughter or Doo Shim as well, and so give them the power to defeat the evil spirit, by now. Six more episodes to go!

Finished the series! Not bad as far as high school webdramas with a supernatural element go, while packing in quit a bit of action in 15-20 minute segments. I enjoyed watching Nam Da Reum and Kim Sae Ron in their own Show instead of just being the child/youthful versions of main protagonists.
The editing in one part was off and the sudden change in Soo Jung was inexplicable, however the rest of the plot held up.
Among other things, it was a comment on how parents’/authority figures’ over-valuing prestige, best schools, high grades and status while discarding those not in the top tier, is rather like being possessed or owned by the evil spirit of greed.
A somber basis for this story is that the monumental pressure to do well, and the depression over failure faced by students, are real. Ae Kyung’s attempt to kill herself and fear of dying is tantamount to the fear of dying metaphorically, socially and especially physically in real life.
Suicide rates among children and young people in South Korea are frighteningly high. https://en.yna.co.kr/view/AEN20210419007000315

A watchable, light treatment of a painful subject.
