I’m glad that Qian Wei held her ground and said those weren’t the three little words she wanted to hear.
The words were fine, but I wish they weren’t “forced” out of him. Because if I were QW I would have wanted him to explain each single thing.
When he said, “The LED sign, the notice, the wishing bottle, they are all real.” I would have loved to hear all the details. Like how did he think of the LED sign? How did he feel when QW didn’t show up? Where did he go afterwards? Was he angry with QW after that? And so on…
But I guess, he had to make this public confession to show that he was willing to face embarrassment to be with her.
She asked him to “fill in the forms first,” and he kissed her instead.
I like a man who cuts the red tape. It’s faster to process his claim by kissing her.
QW knows all the details. I wish I’d remember what the board message said, a thousand something. It was together with the snow globe Ferris wheel. I know with the Ferris wheel he said that she’ll never have darkness again in her life.

I like that this drama maintained the friendship for everyone. They just needed one bad girl and that was it.
Yes. taking care of the dog Cupid for 10 years with his allergies, is one of the unique testaments of undying love that I’ve seen in a kdrama/cdrama.
Writers always have to show that the guy is pining for the girl by doing something solitary or contemplative or grandiose — without the girl knowing about it, of course.
But LX took care of “their” dog.

I don’t know if he actually said “BECAUSE” or if it’s the subber’s addition. He didn’t really need to add that condition, because he’s always been good to her regardless of her actions toward him. Whether or not she was good to him or was in love with him, he tried his best to do good for her.
I do like that he said that there was no Plan B. She was it. If he can’t have her, then he’ll just be beside her.

This actor isn’t really my cup of tea. I mean, if I didn’t know that he was the male lead or if I had randomly chanced upon this scene, I would think that he was just an “extra” in the drama. He’s not handsome like Yang Yang or a cutiepie like Li Xian (Go Go Squid). But I get that his common face makes him interesting to watch.

I’m glad I chose this episode. There’s the Christmas one too but them getting together after all of Lu Xun’s waiting made me want to rewatch this one.
I think he was doing a “hand over.” LW was passing the responsibility he once had as a boyfriend to Lu Xun.

But I like Lu Xun for telling him that it was unnecessary. From the start, he was better at taking care of QW but QW got sidetracked by LW’s attention.
