I couldn’t find interesting new gifs for this kdrama so I’m posting gifs from “Bossam: Steal the Fate” instead.

I finally watched Episode 9, but although it has some nice moments, I found my attention slipping on and off.
Iβm not sure so much time needed to be spent on the 2nd leadsβ romance.
I thought that it was laughable when Sun Woo said that the secret hideout was meant to be just for him. The hideout had become a well known secret, and everyone who knew, just waltzed into it. LOL.
LOL Bossam gifs… same actors but visually so unlike Good Job!
Thanks for moving my comment over and for this thread. Let’s see if this series can hold my interest. I’ve dropped Today’s Webtoon and did not want to start any other kdrama.
I think I’m eyeing more cdramas now that a certain ‘devil’ and his ‘fairy’ have become so hot. βΊοΈ π π
Kalimera Ladies!
Thank you @Packmule3 for opening the thread!
So, we were right that the Vice President killed Angel Ahjumma. The thing I was not expected was Secretary Kim being the illegimate child of VP, that has witnessed the murder.
If the flashback alright, Angel Ahjumma had discovered that the younger boy was his son and they were arguing. The VP pushed her and then she fell hitting her head on the rocks.
The VP could have called an ambulance to save her, but instead he must have hit her with that rock Sera was watching in her nightmare.
At least, we got our “swoony” moments between uri SunWoo and Sera.
They look good together when they are on screen. I really like their chemistry!
Let us see how it will conclude next week.
And then I have to find time to watch “Bossam”… πππ
I started this drama a while back when BoD had its first post on this up. I’ve been trying to watch this off and on, but something is missing for me to hold my interest. I don’t know if it’s the storytelling or the lead pair, it just feels predictable. I watched snippets from all episodes (from which it was easy to get a gist of the plot), and started wstching episodes 9-10 but fell asleep in the middle π Clearly I need to practice JOMO now when it comes to this drama (I might have become jaded after watching many similar dramas or might have developed a recent inclination towards Cdramas over Kdramas).
Hey @Phoenix!
Yesterday I learned that they changed directors mid show. I don’t know what happened, but I laughed a lot with the second OTP. It is light and I don’t mind if things are missing. I wanted something to cool off after AoS…
Annyeong,
i may need to check out *Bossam now as well. Thanks @pm3 for the gifs.
our OTP finally made their love confession and kissing scene π it happened at an emotional moment. love and comfort. amen
i think it’s amusing that our 2nd leads have progressed in their love relationship first… too goofy – but that’s love.
i don’t think the VP killed the angel ahjumma though. so sad.
question: how did the VP just enter his son’s studio? and how did Sunwoo just enter the VP’s house? and yes @Pm3, i agree, the secret lair is no longer secret coz next episode, even the Son Kim will enter it. augh!
This is my first time commenting on this show in awhile. Honestly it’s mostly because the show doesn’t present much for us to deconstruct! It’s mostly a breezy watch with some intrigue (and Bossam fan-service!) thrown in.
I like the 2nd leads’ romance. Food is their language of love, whether he is feeding her while she is doing some bad-ass driving (in that hideous van!), or him presenting her favorite food during his love confession, or her making vegan bread just for him.
This show is about learning to respect your partner’s talents, whether it’s driving (SFL), baking (SFL), super-vision (FL), investigative skills (ML/SML), inventiveness (SML), or persistence (ML). It is also about kindness as a key part of why you like someone, as when Don Se Ra lovingly watches Seon Woo playing with children.
One thing that disappoints me, though, is that I was hoping that DSR super-vision would be used more.
I’m not sure what will happen in the next two episodes. Unfortunately, I’m going to be without TV access for the next two weeks, so I won’t find out until mid-October! I may post some very late comments after that time!
