Ah @Fern, you know the Japanese actor? Pity is that his character in Liar Game tends to be less emotive. I should watch him in some other shows.

He was more recently in ‘Koi wa Tsuzuku yo Dokomade mo’ which is a go-to favourite of mine. It’s on the BoD list to the right. Another of his dramas is coming out in October, I believe.

@GB Unnie, these days I am not in any mood to watch new shows. I even have paused some of the ones I was watching for some time. So, I might not be able to follow you in the rewatch party, because I haven’t started “Liar Game”. I have some days ahead of me so I will try to watch the first three episodes, but I am not that sure that I will.
OK @Cleo. Actually to an extent, I don’t think Liar Game needs to be a rewatch. It’s one of those shows that may not need too much deconstruction. It presents puzzles to solve and the explanation.
@Salteddust is watching for the first time. As for me, I cannot rememmber what I watched and so it will be almost like the first time for me too!!

Yes, there seems to be a general pall on enthusiasm over watching new shows. I don’t have patience with anything that is not light and funny. I tend to FFD over angsty parts.
The only thing I’m able to watch happily is LBFD stuff and maybe ‘Romance of the Little Forest‘.

I have paused “Cafe Minamdang”, “If You Wish Upon Me” and “Little Women” because I cannot handle the angst. On the other side, I am watching “Good Job” and “The Law Cafe” for the silliness and romance.
I am not in the mood at the moment and If I want to watch anything from the shows I have paused, I will but in my own terms, i.e. not as ongoing shows.
