I was able to watch the show live and take screenshots. I don’t recap because the only Korean words I know are saranghae, sagwa, and oppa.
(I came after the fire scene and hospital scene.)
He’s redecorating the hospital and sees YJ’s picture on the floor. He picks it up and wipes off the dust.
Meets with the dad of YJ at dad’s restaurant. He’s eating well then dad becomes angry about something (like the price of pork chop? pork belly? I dunno.) and WH gets bodily thrown out of the restaurant.
Next scene, YJ drops by his hospital with a gift. A painting. It’s not a Modigliani (hahaha) but it’s some floral painting which is just right for a hospital.
She writes graffiti all over it while he works on his power tools to build Legoworld.
He goes out to grab lunch/dinner. She’s surprised. I love a girl who can eat heartily! And I love a guy who brings home the bacon or pork belly to feed the girl.
They have an impromptu picnic. It’s sweet really. They’re like a newly-wed couple eating in their new home with no furniture and no money.
She tells him to go somewhere and when he comes back the clinic is all dark. Then, she shines this photo-fluorescent lamp on the painting and her graffiti shows up. It’s a secret message from her.
Quick! I hope somebody can translate this for us.
Hey, tsutsuloo, we got our wish!!!! She would write him love notes every episode! Here’s her note for this episode.
**I had written that I liked the idea of letters as a gift. YJ had given her ex an expensive timepiece as a gift for their 100 day anniversary. But I’d rather that, for WH, she’d give him a piece of herself in writing throughout their contracted dating period of three months (10 days shy of 100). Notes are inexpensive but, as tsutsuloo pointed out, they were worth keeping every single time.
He falls in love with her some more. Who wouldn’t? 
After they’re done for the day, they leave together. He thinks he’s driving her home, but she has plans to run back to her place to work off that pork belly on her belly. (or something like that because I didn’t hear the three little Korean words, saranghae, sagwa, and oppa.)
He’s worried that she’s off by herself so he follows her. Meaning, he JOGS with her. (duh… I would have just trailed after her in my car or something. But oh well. He’s the one sweating like a horse.) A+ for effort.
They crash at her place. Don’t worry. They’re well-chaperoned by Guy Smiley the bro, and Unnie.
She brings him to her atrium. Mentions her mother.
Then he sees the blue flowers. I guess they were the same flowers on the painting. (I’m not sure. Somebody honked at my driver while I was on the iphone and I got momentarily distracted.)
She walks him out that night.
I think he senses that somebody’s spying on them and he tells her to go back in.
Opening Day.
The Wannabe Wife drops by but she lingers in parking lot and doesn’t enter the building. She’s angry about something.
Then, YJ’s van arrives and YJ is dropped off. She’s come bringing a basket of flowers.
But WH is mad about something, too. Probably the price of pork belly or her interference with his bank loan. It seems like, on the the night they had a picnic in his office, the bank loan officer dropped by while he had stepped out. YJ spoke to the loan officer and the loan officer recognized her as THAT VIP YJ.
Anyway, she’s upset, too and she leaves. (What kind of Opening Day is this? Everybody’s angry??)
However, problem is quickly settled. He visits his bank and gets things cleared up. He goes to her building to apologize (I hope).
I think he overhears her Unnie on the phone blaming Kangan group for all of YJ’s cancelled projects.
That’s the only reason I can think of to explain his surprise visit at Wannabe Wife’s place. Besides, I didn’t hear the words Saranghae, Sagwa and Oppa.
This isn’t a love confession. 
I think WH’s and YJ’s misunderstanding is cleared up because he receives a text from her. (It had better be from HER or I’m going after him with a pitchfork.) and he’s smiling like a kid.
Then, the stabbing.
She’s waiting for him to pick her up for their date.
I think the intended victim was YJ but the stabber timed his attack wrong and stabbed WH instead. (I didn’t get to see the whole incident because I arrived home and had to quickly dump my bag in the foyer.)
She sobs on the way to the hospital and he reassures her that the wound isn’t life-threatening. Of course, it isn’t serious. Otherwise, they should have called an ambulance or something.
He’s wheeled out of the ER faster than a 10 lb turkey from the oven. See? It wasn’t life-threatening. He only had local anesthesia.
His friend is clearly smitten with YJ. WH pinches his friend to prompt him to spit out the usual medical report after the surgery.
WH is clearly not jealous. lol.
Later, in the hospital room, they kiss.

Oh my dramagods, watching these two fall in love is too sweet. The feels are strong with this coupling—even without understanding a word. Do they give drama awards for best eye acting?
Thanks, I love this comedy more and more, I see it live and I do not understand anything Korean, but they convey a lot the emotions of the leading actors.I’m dying to know what’s going on after that first kiss that made me scream: Yuuuupi.
By the way I hope great kisses since Eun Hye Yoon is an excellent kisser and breaks the besometro.

lol. @agdr03 was telling me earlier that kissing was one of Yoon Eun Hye’s talents. I agree. YEH is one of the better female kissers in kdrama (definitely better than other “Hye” actress, Park Shin Hye pwahahaha).
But it’s understandable that this kiss is awkward. She still getting over her ex-BF. 😀

Just watching the link from the forum without subz and noticed that after sweating from the run, both of them didn’t bother to change and WH even put back his blazer on hahaha , they are very comfortable alright! 😀
ewwww…. dried sweat. hahaha. I guess a shower scene is NOT in the contract of the actor, right? We’re already in the 5th episode. lol. Good! I dislike shower scenes. I think it’s demeaning and sexist. @nrllee and I were discussing it in 100DMP and we were happy that the actor there Kyungsoo Do didn’t have any gratuitous naked-torso scene.
Which reminds me… another one of my pet peeves in kdrama is when the characters wear such nice clothes to work or to dates but they have absolutely ZERO nightclothes. I’d be gritting my teeth at the sight of the hero (and a chaebol at that!) lounging in bed wearing a turtleneck or button-up shirt or the heroine in an angora sweater set and slim skirt. Ugh.
What’s wrong with their wardrobe coordi that she can’t get them some decent pajamas, will you?
But since YEH is into fashion, I know she won’t make this fashion faux pas.
I’m one of the guilty ones watching those shower scenes 😂 though I do wonder why it’s necessary to have it 😬 I mean most of the time it’s male right?
And yes! Some rich people don’t have good pjs/night dresses when they dress so good during the day. Maybe it just means their lazy? 😂
Oh definitely YEH will never be a fashion fail here. I love that grey GOLDEN hoody that she wore when she went running home ☺️ For sure most of what she wore will be very popular again.
I watched Ep 5 and she didn’t disappointed. 🤗 She was wearing a cute banana-print pajamas.

Me. I liked her oversized yellow and pink sweater that she wore home from the hospital. It looks comfy and I like colors. It’s only November but I’m slowly getting tired of my autumn colors: burgundy, magenta, different shades of browns, coppery red, and black black black. That’s why I’m drooling over her spring colored outfits like the banana pjs.
