I’ve been holding off starting Season 1 in spite of all the buzz because one truly doesn’t know with the unpredictable Hong Sisters and I don’tlike open endings like Hwayugi, Hotel Del Luna etc. I get too invested in the characters and prefer a nice marriage and conclusive happily ever after😝

This was such a LOL post, I wish I had seen it earlier in the day.
Such a relief and the Hong sisters gifted us even more than could be expected such as the elders surviving, the gift of life with Jang Uk for Naksu the twins, Maidservant Kim’s pregnancy and more. Love the message that good can change the expected victory of evil by stepping up while still remaining virtuous. Appreciate the fictional character Jang Uk and the actor that brought him to life, Lee Jae Wook. Stellar performance for relatively young actor.
Phew! I was a mess watching this finale, and was screaming when I saw that the elders were still alive. Hong sisters, thank you very much!

It was a roller coaster ride of emotions. For awhile there I thought Jang Uk will be orphaned.

I’m ecstatic for the happy ending that UK and CY received. I really like the wedding at the start of the episode. It just sealed their love in each other. I like the love letter reference. I like CY’s I love you sign off in it.
I’ll rewatch it again and savour it before I say goodbye.
I’m so glad that I saw babies in the drama. Maybe the drama gods are finally hearing us. 😉

Thanks to master Lee. It’s true he needs to do something, at least save the life a few people. I’m sure if this guy really wanted, he could have been more active. Let me call him Lazy master Lee. 🙂
