this mystery guy who drew the cat.

That right ear (see pic 1) and those fingers (see pic 3) don’t match Taesul’s. Plus it doesn’t make sense. Taesul would have remembered the reason he went back in time, especially when he kept a photo with the record of the assassination attempts. The mystery cat guy, on the other hand, knew that there’d be a failed attempt to kill Taesul at the market place that night. He made sure that he watched it live on multiple screens.

With his sense of theatrics, I wouldn’t be surprised if he was the man who:

killed the copilot.

and killed the restaurant owner. Remember, I told you that the Control Bureau didn’t do the killings.

It’s also possible that he wrote the warning on the wall behind the Mondrian painting since he knew that the Taesan was alive. (But I’m still leaning towards the hyung.)
