Poem a Day: Intervention Plan

Okay, we need to set up an “Intervention Plan” here because I can’t stand this pathetic/dopey MinHo. Who’s with me? 😂

We’ll kidnap MinHo, bring him all the way to Anseong, AND give him a good talking to…before returning him to his family afterwards.

We need:

1. Red wine to get him drunk

2. Duct tape

3. Burlap sack

4. Rope

  1. How was tonight’s episode for MH-BY shippers? Bad?

  2. Not sure. I haven’t watched it. But he found out that they were dating.
It seems like our boy isnt going to give her up without a fight. 😂👍🏻😆
Which means the Ye liners are pissed off (not to mention quaking in fear lest there’s a 180 turn here) because they want MinHo to go quietly away.
Their reasoning for wanting MinHo out? Minho had already given her up.

😂I think it escape those birdbrains that so did Ye. He gave her up too but changed his mind. He only got the girl because 1. He cheated and move the girl to a different location, and 2. The writer intervened and had that stupid motorcycle accident to delay MH.

It’s kinda fun to watch the Yeliners getting worried now. Minho people have nothing to lose anyway.

  3. I’ve just watched ep 14 preview and…
I hate to admit it but it made me so hopeful again
Anyway, if tomorrow’s preview is leading on MH shippers again then this writer is forewever in my ban list

  4. To me, it’s NOT bad but it’s definitely interesting. The game just got more interesting because NOW Minho is in the game.

I said last week during my flash poll for Ep 12,
    http://bitchesoverdramas.com/2018/05/01/poem-a-day-flash-poll-episode-12/

that the only way to stop Minho’s steady march to win BoYoung is to temporarily sideline him and DERAIL his planned proposal. So let’s see what happens now.

I suggest popcorn. Let’s eat popcorn.

  5. Same here. I’m getting hopeful for a Minho resurgence.

I said here that MH had to be sidelined for that episode 12 to give Dr. Ye a fighting chance.

Now he’s back and he’s about to fight for her. 😱😈😂

But stupid writer. I’m still going to ban him/her after that contrived motorcycle accident. Worse ever trolling.

  6. What’s worse is Bo Young still calling Dr. Ye seonsaengnim [teacher/sir], after kissing him and going on dates. *Inserts eye roll here. I can’t just warm up to their equation. It’s awkward and weird. Did they not screentest for the chemistry of these actors before taking them for these roles? There’s no chemistry whatsoever. I see more chemistry of bo young with the 3 stooges..tbh.

Lespoir, I feel the same. If this is just cause the writer is running out of story and bo young will come running back to Dr. Ye then I will officially stay away from this writer and her shows. Although I didn’t watch all the episodes properly, still every single minute will be wasted. Blech.

  7. Nearsea, I thought you weren’t gonna watch anymore? If I had a choice, I would skip this too. I dislike the obvious trolling and pervasive gloom-and-doom prognostication for MinHo.

How come THE male lead didn’t get as much attention when HE proposed as MinHo is getting right now with he’s about to declare his feelings for BY? There’s too much build-up! 😂😜And it began in Episode 11.

And all that suspense for nothing? Shaking my head. The writer really knows how to turn the screws, doesn’t she? Not to mention, waste everybody’s time.

  8. “I dislike the obvious trolling” this is exactly how I feel after watching episode 13. Like we’re being trolled. After 10 episodes in which MinHo seemed to be the only one to care about BoYoung romantically, Dr Ye wins the game and it takes MinHo a gazillion days to find out. At the very end of episode 13. There’s even another intervention with the Chief Dr getting a stroke which ends up having MinHo cancelling his plans to confess that evening. And a 2 week leap!!! Then we’re trolled with the tickets to the musical and that note that MinHo doesn’t even see.
I think we’re also being trolled with the injured doctor. He talks about how he’s a doctor and knows better about a situation and can’t even have any hope. Feels like our situation: as experts (lol) in seeing kdramas we KNOW MinHo stands no chance now, we can’t even hope.
Then what was that poem where Dr Ye is spring and BoYoung is flowers?
And MinHo at the end wearing a coat with flowers. I feel like that’s a troll too.

  9. Exactly. We were being trolled over and over and over again.

And at some point, I just wanted to say. ‘STOP THE BULLSHIT already! We know already, okay? We’ve known since Episode 12, when the script wrote that stupid motorcycle accident that the MinHo or Bo-Ho endgame has been derailed, and that life is cruel. So why are you telling us this ad nauseum? No shit, Captain Obvious.”

So, what’s the whole point of the troll? There are two answers. Because the writer/director are sadistic and they want to rub in it. (But hey! the MinHo people got nothing to lose anyway) so they want to taunt MinHo with all the foreshadowing (through Namwon – remember he’s the same guy who trolled MinHo about the “other woman”) about a big disappointment.

Or… the writer/director are EVEN MORE sadistic, and they really want to troll the YeLiners. Remember, I said that only JaeWook didn’t have a major disappointment or a “reversal of fortune” in that episode. He didn’t experience that “Life is cruel” in that episode 13. Everything was going hunky-dory for the good doctor. hahahaha.

But you’re right about the coat of flowers. I was staring at it, too. hey, where’s Paperclip? I wasn’t sure if those were flowers or dandelions – you know the kind that you can blow on and make a wish on. The one that’s supposed to bring good luck.

And as for the doctor trolling MinHo about having no chance, I thought that was for Ye. lol. Because Ye was the one with him, not MinHo.
But yes, I thought those were ominous words, too.
