I think it’s going to be funny. We’ve been watching kdramas with time travel, how about country travel? It’ll be interesting to watch how they cope with the language barrier and this feeling of being a minority in a foreign land. South Korea is relatively homogenous.

But I don’t think they’d be surprised with the technology here. In many ways, South Korea, the affluent Seoul that is, is more tech-savvy and innovative than many American cities. To me, many parts of America have gone downhill these past years with so little political will, financial investment, and civic duty (and discipline) to beautify and modernize the cities.

I hope the cast members didn’t experience car break-ins/thefts and encounter druggies and homeless where they stayed at. 🥴
