From tvn. If you didn’t know that they’re both actors, you’d think that this pictorial was real.

Last but not least, the family photo. @agdr03 will be happy to see this.

  1. You really know me so very well!!! 😍

I loved how they showed JH and JW having a family and with 3 kids!!! ❤️❤️❤️ It was so lovely to watch. I was smiling the whole time. 🥰 I’ve never been so happy for an ending like this. ☺️

Yes! I love the wedding pictures too! It’s probably Park Min Young’s best reel wedding. 🤩

I enjoyed this drama especially because they showed how much JiWon as a human being kept that goodness in her even after all her life trials.

The whole cast and crew deserve their bonus holiday. They did a great job. 🙌🏻

To be given a second chance, I’d like to try it. ☺️

    Kumawo! 🙇🏻‍♀️

  2. Thank you for these. I loved the show as well. My only wish was to have seen the family attorney (Suk Joon) more but I was pleased with how everything was wrapped up and the timing. I thought it was odd that the Yoo Ra didn’t realize who contributed to her downfall. Also did anybody catch the bedroom scene when she and Min Hwan got caught in bed by Soo Min? They were under the covers in PJs!

  3. Old American Lady (OAL)

Thank you for these. I enjoyed this drama and now am a fan of NIW our male lead. I like PMY in other dramas and here she didn’t disappoint. I think she stretched as an actress. I definitely feel that this frama’s end is leaving a gaping hole in my viewing. I also think they used fine actors in the villain roles. They each were different. The two women came across as very distinct because only one was rich and used power as someone with money would do and the “best friend” or frenemy showed all the negative sides of someone who is envious. As for our male villain, they made him a bit of a buffoon, and a pretty stupid womanizer. I liked the juxtaposition. I liked how they showed the office and the meal kit idea. We got a real idea of what our people did in the company. And I know, from watching staff in my former profession that those with office romances do skirt work rules to carry on their relationships and affairs. A critical plot point was how our cheaters used company off site assignment to carry out their affairs away from regular coworkers. There was some good attention to detail
And all of these gifs showed how attractive out two leads were.

  4. Kalimera @Packmule3! Thank you for the treat!

I saw the pictorial myself and I couldn’t believe that they went into such lengths! The Wedding dress was amazing!

Also, I loved the scene where they had their newborn twins. I laughed, trying to fit in their new roles as parents, something they haven’t experienced before.

It was a great show. Great in the sense that the script was coherent and the THEME of the show and its challenges were crystal clear. The director did an amazing job too.

As for the actors, they all did a stellar job. Park Min Young had a lot of synergy and with Na In Woo, but also with Lee Yi Kyung and Song Ha Yoon. She truly shined because her acting and facial ministrations was on par with her character. This is the girl that made me smile, when I first saw her on “Healer”.

As for Na In Woo, well the regulars already know! I really like him, he is a hard worker and you can see that. I simply wish him the best, since he is going to enlist in the army the following days.

The surprise of the drama, for me is Choi Gyu Ri who played Hee Yeon. She is going to become the next big thing! She shined in every scene she was in.

Last but not the least, I have to mention the baddies a bit more, because they made this story memorable. Kudos to Lee Yi Kyung and Song Ha Yoon who made a great portrayl of unethical characters. They balanced their characters very rightfully.

LYK gave a humourous tone to Min Hwan, but the character was oblivious to that.
The audience could see that he was a moron, but Min Hwan himself didn’t seem to acknowledge it. He believed he was smart, but all the women in his life in 2.0 Timeline, outsmarted him.

As for SHY, to play an obsessed woman is not an easy thing. She was walking on a tight rope and Su Min could easily turn to a caricature, but she was always in charge. One moment, she was a sweet friend to Ji Won, the other a master manipulator, then in another a crazy nubjob.

It is easy for an actor / actress to be typecasted. It is good that both of them, did a great job and showed their caliber.

Afterall, everything turned out good, right? Gwenchana, gwenchana…*winks*

  5. Thanks @pm3!! This was my first NIW drama and I am now a fan. I’ve looked into his previous dramas but none of them fit the bill for what I like to watch. I used to be the type that would watch almost anything (except horror) for actors and actresses I liked, but I had to stop because there’s just not enough time to waste on stories that aren’t good or just don’t interest me. Hope he’ll be able to make a strong comeback once he’s discharged from military service.

  6. Thank you sooo much for this thread and hosting discussions of this drama on BoD dear @pm3… It was a lot of fun ❤️

@OAL – I absolutely agree with you about PMY stretching herself as an actress in this drama. I’ve seen her previous works and I think after healer, she was amazing here. Her works in the middle couldn’t captive me as much.

Some of the scenes (such as one where she’s overcome with emotion while begging JH to wake up, the scene right after MW’s attempt to straggle her, where her eyes sparkle with genuine happiness with JH) come to mind where she shined.

@cleopatra that adds the two of us to those who have become fans of NIW here… Hee hee.

    For you – https://www.instagram.com/reel/C3rCs4FSOIc/?igsh=MXN5M2J3c3N1ejA5bA==

I think this is from ep 12 heartbreaking office conversation. It’s well done ! You can see the eyes becoming redder but he doesn’t let the tears fall because obviously he’s Ji Hyuk the silent.

It’s not as obvious as My Demon also where it was almost like they dripped water into eyes with a dropper before the shot was taken. It’s much more subtle. @pm3 says she looks at colour of the nose and eyes when an actor is doing a sad / crying scene because it’s so much more powerful when they’re able to depict how it can happen in real life.

  7. I really, really enjoyed a series after such a long time. And I’m so glad it gained the popularity it did.

I’m way too old to care about whether my actors/actresses I like do well but it’s a cut throat industry where even likes of LMH struggle. Everyone who was involved in this drama needed it to do well in order to remain relevant.

PMY needed a high rating come back. NIW needed an entry into serious male lead genre (and did he do well or what ! I hope he gets lots of projects post military). Both the villans as well ! The actress who played Su min isn’t a new comer at all.. but she hasn’t gained this much attention earlier. Same with LK after Waikiki.

Even when the drama started airing, people didn’t accept LK in a negative role, called NIW ugly (blasphemy I say) and threatened to “ban” the viewing of the drama due to some minor personal controversy around PMY that didn’t even seem that scandalous.

I’m so glad that all was well at the end ! All of them worked so hard and their work was appreciated world over including SK !

  8. Kalimera @Arihsi!

I have seen that reel. I am following NIW on IG… 😁😅😂🥰
