The thread is now open. Enjoy the show. **************** For the record — I agree with @Sayaris about the romance between JiOh and Gureum. I find it premature and precipitated. To me, they needed to heal physically and psychologically FIRST before they should have attempted to form a relationship and create a new life together. […]
River Where the Moon Rises: Eps 5 & 6 Open Thread

Whatcha Cooking for Meatless Friday, Feb 26?
Please don’t read these threads if they offend you. Just be thankful that talking about food isn’t fattening. lol. **************** I made @grace’s steamed fish last Friday. I used Chilean sea bass with spinach. Instead of the Chinese rice wine, I used the sherry cooking oil. My husband loved the flavor, so thanks, @grace! Next […]
Sisyphus: Episode 3 Analysis
Please don’t read if you don’t want to deal with my crazy theories. Thanks. ****************** A. Double Time, or Double Bananas We’re ahead of the game. Sisyphus: Ep 1 Seojin’s Diploma
I feel like we’re doing a thread for “Hospital Playlist,” @nrllee and @miracle23. @nrllee observed that the diploma on Taesul’s therapist, SeoJin, was dated 1980. Here’s what I found. 1. It was photoshopped. lol. The director should have hired a better props master. Here’s Seojin’s diploma. Here’s where it was copied from. I blacked out […]

Sisyphus: Eps 1 & 2 Timelines for Taesul and SeoHae
I have to recreate the timeline because it’s not as straightforward as we think they are. I’m going to separate Taesul’s timeline from SeoHae’s timeline and explain things as I go. Please bear with me until the end because that’s when it gets tough. 🙂 Taesul’s Timeline August 11, 2010 1. Date of “Quantum & […]
Sisyphus: Eps 1 & 2 First Impressions
Some housekeeping rules for the newcomers and lurkers on this blog — One, like what I said in “Mr Queen” when I wrote my crazy mad theory for the drama’s ending, I don’t do recaps, and I’m not psychic. They are spoilers in my posts. I interpret what I watch and write my unvarnished opinions […]
Sisyphus: Eps 1 & 2 Explaining the Train Mysteries
There was a couple of Train Mysteries in Episodes 1 & 2, and I’ve one theory to explain them both. Here are the mysteries: 1. How did SeoHae escape the soldiers and agents of the Control Bureau at the train depot? 2. How come TaeSul didn’t wait to catch a glimpse of SeoHae? He just […]
