  1. Why don’t you try and see? 🙂 I read the synopsis and I can’t go into serial murder cases. hehehe

Who knows, Taecyeon might show a lot of improvement since it’s his first project since his army discharge. I actually like the lady in this series. I just can’t remember when I’ve seen her. LOL.

  2. I would love your thoughts on this one!! So many questions and possibly theories! Or either you’ll think it’s just all a waste of your time 😉 I’m loving it so far! The writer has done the uncommon with a big reveal early on that dares the viewer to try to unpack it!

  3. 😂As much as I love Taecyeon i dropped this one because it’s a bit disturbing for me to watch😭 but if you have the stomach for such genres…

Some crime dramas I was able to watch. Maybe Im getting old and needs more relaxing dramas these days😉

  4. Disturbing? Uh…oh.

It’s not romcom like “Let’s Fight Ghost”?

If you want relaxing, try a chinese drama. I’m watching Dr. Cutie. This runs on autopilot. I don’t have to think much. 🙂

The only problem is you have to wait for subs. There are four hour-long episodes per week but I don’t know how long cdrama will go on.

  5. I tried to watched first ep and it’s kinda intriguing. He saw a person’s death right after he meet or laid eyes on them and he did that for rich people to make money until he meet a woman whom he can’t forsee her death. And i think this is intriguing because he even sees his own death but not the girl…

  6. Hello,
    About The Game: Towards Zero.
No idea how good the drama will be, but I suspect it will be highly procedural (one or two episodes = solve a case). So I’m not likely to watch it. Hotel del luna has exhausted my tolerance for this type of show.

I can recommend a recent drama that very few bloggers have analyzed: “Love in sadness”.
There are some symbolism used in it (in relation to flowers in particular). I’m not able to detect all these elements as you do, but you might find it interesting.

However, the drama is very hard and tries to keep it realistic. It also differs from the usual clichés found in melodramas.
There’s no comedy, little heroism, and it’s emotionally intense. So you have to be prepared to enjoy this kind of drama, it’s not for everyone. The atmosphere and the type of story are reminiscent of French director Claude Chabrol, whom I like very much.

I found this drama by chance, by zapping the first episode of several 2019 dramas. I stumbled upon a scene that immediately caught my eye. I saw the poster and the title, that was enough. I started watching it without even reading the pitch.

At a certain point, I almost regretted it, because it’s a trip to hell. The drama is unbearable, it gives the feeling of never being able to breathe, of being under constant tension. It’s oppressive all the way through, even when the rhythm slows down, or softer passages with a little hope appear.
But after all, that’s all I love and it’s addictive.

I saw it in record time (two days), so I could be relieved of this pressure.
Actor Ryu Soo-young’s performance is phenomenal. One of the best antagonists seen in dramaland. Usually, I love to hate the characters, but this one I ended up really hating, but I couldn’t get away from it.
I also discovered the actress Park Ha Na in this drama. That’s love at first sight! She’s a very accurate actress, and in terms of acting performance, it’s a tie. She’s of divine beauty and charm.

  7. Oh I’ll watch this if you do, Pkm3! I like figuring things out either with you or from you. I seem to be too restless for regular kdrama fare – a mystery might work. I’m back at work at the university and my brain has switched on to more sober areas so I’ve been watching documentaries if anything. Also, I love Taik and have never found him wanting as an actor, from Dream High to Rescue Me to Let’s Fight, Ghost. I’ll watch the first eps anyway!
