I’m running behind because I had to finish the other weekend kdramas on my To Watch list, namely, “The Apartment Job” which satisfactorily concluded last week, and “A Bona Fide Killer” which is my new fave. Fingers crossed, I’ll catch up with y’all before Episode 11 comes out.
I figured the screenwriter wouldn’t throw us any curveballs in Episodes 8, 9, and 10, anyway. Just the usual angsty break-up, misunderstanding and/or noble idiocy trope before the reconciliation in the final episode.

Anybody here surprised by his remark? 😝 The thing is had it been any actor other than Yang Se-Jong, this confession would’ve made him look like he’s simping for her.
Let’s enjoy the show.
Note: the bridge in Episode 9 where GangUk brought YeoRi after their engagement party is Woryeonggyo Bridge. It’s located in Andong city, two hours by fast train from Seoul.
I cajoled my husband to sit with me in the pavilion and wait for the lights to turn on at sunset. The lights didn’t all activate simultaneously so we had to wait for the pavilion lamps to light up, then the lanterns on the posts, then the spotlights on the bridge. For me, this bridge represents waiting, like its legend.
I couldn’t convince my poor husband to ride the moon boat with me, but I did manage to get him to try the moon bread in the bakeshop across from the bridge.
If you want to learn more about the romantic backstory of Woryeonggyo bridge, here’s a short article:
