One thing that rarely fails to impress me in kdramas is the infinite ways that a couple can go on a date. For instance, there’s a phone date of Park Shin Hye and Jung Yong Hwa in “You’re Beautiful.” PSH’s character Minam spends a day in the skincare mecca in Seoul, Myeongdeong, but she’s unfamiliar […]

Business Proposal: Ep 11 Quick Takes
“How do I love thee? Let me count the ways.” Let me count how many times Taemoo has demonstrated his love for Hari to the three people who mattered the most: his grandpa and her parents. Grandpa: Did you get into a fake relationship because you didn’t want to go on blind dates? How could […]

The final episodes are here!!! What I expect: a. wedding bells for Hari and Taemoo. I want the whole fluffy, happily-ever-after ending. 2D1N: Ep 118 Open Thread
The thread is open for us, @nrllee and @Fern. I saw this on twitter. Ravi says that despite the show being physically exhausting, he and the other guys can carry on as they “like each other and are at ease around each other.” That’s a high compliment for Na InWoo since he just joined the […]
Twenty-Five Twenty-One: Eps 15 & 16 Final Open Thread
Finally, the end is here and people can see the light. Bittersweet is a most overused adjective to describe this show. Please use it sparingly. Happiness, like first love, doesn’t last forever. But nothing says tragedy like wallowing in regrets and might-have-beens. No plot holes, please. Enjoy the show!
